As it turns out, if you don’t water consistently you’re probably going to kill your plants.
This happened to me recently when I was in charge of watering the indoor plants while my family was away. I didn’t do a good job. Before they came back I decided that some “extra” water would do the trick. I was wrong, now the plants are dead.
Really I should take my own advice on this one. Consistency wins the game, you can’t delay going to the gym, then go for one long session expect to see results. The same goes with learning languages, it’s better to commit to 30 minutes per day than it is to do 3.5 hours on a Saturday.
This concept applies to most aspects of life. Planning and executing with consistency will win in the long term.
