As I write this it’s -34 celsius outside (spoiler alert, I write these in advance to maintain a buffer). For most people this temperature is extremely low (which it is) and people dread going outside.
As an aspiring follower of the Wim Hof Method I’ve learned to embrace the cold and encourage others to try it out as well. When the temperature drops like this go outside! Even if it’s just for a few minute, the air is fresh and revitalizing. You won’t regret it.
