I can report that I’m definitely glad that I’ve done it. Without a question.
It’s opened my mind up to new opportunities. I notice more things in life. I pay more attention.
And all it takes is 15-30 minutes a day, five days a week.
Some people will argue that they don’t have time for this. But look at it this way. If your investing around 1-1.5 hours per week to write, you’re getting way more of that time back in actually being present.
