Toilet paper

In the wake of COVID-19, people in Canada are stocking up on toilet paper (not sure about south of the boarder, but it could hold true there as well).

I don’t think this is necessarily irrational. If you’re faced with a two week self-quarantine then you will obviously need certain supplies. But I feel like most people probably have a 1-2 week toilet paper supply on hand normally. For example, buying one bulk package from Costco should last over a month for the average family household.

But alas, the media frenzy continues to drive fear causing everyone to buy as much toilet paper as possible in the wake of crisis.

Just don’t be the person flipping toilet paper on Kijiji to make a quick buck…

$41 per roll seems pretty unreasonable.
