Once this is all over I’m wondering how many people will start working from home more?
How many employers will realize they are wasting resources on large office spaces and downsize? As part of this they will encourage flexible working schedules.
Before I left London large business like Duetsche Bank were doing this. They only had office space for ~75% of their London staff and encouraged employees to work from home 1-3 days a week. I believe they had a whole scheduling system to ensure if you showed up at the office there was a space for you to work.
Sometimes I guess you just need a giant push to make changes.
