‘Ad’ value

If we deliver an ad to our target customer and they don’t move on to the next activity feeling good about it then we’re doing it wrong.

Plain and simple.

We either ‘ad’ value or we don’t.

It’s easy to forget that advertising is a small sub section of marketing. And marketing, as defined on Wikipedia, “is the business process of identifying, anticipating and satisfying customers’ needs and wants.”

I don’t know how we can satisfy our customers’ needs without making them feel good.
