There has been an insurmountable amount of innovation over the past century. No question about that. But none of it would have been possible with out human connection and interaction.
As the world becomes more technologically advanced the ability to communicate is going to become more important.
I think this is important to remember when we think about our kids. Yes, the way that kids are being social is changing. There is going to be more screen time, more gaming, more social media. All this is inevitable. But because of this teaching the ability to have a real, face-to-face, conversation will be even more crucial.
