Biphasic Sleep Experiment

Given that I have a bit of additional time on my hands I’ve decided to give biphasic sleep a go.

That’s fancy for taking a regular nap. A siesta.

I’m going to sleep less during the night and take about an hour nap in the afternoon (at the same time as my youngest daughter).

It means waking up at….4:30am. But then having a 12pm snooze.
