What if growth isn’t the answer?

Over the past decade or so has been the rise of “growth” marketing.

But what if your client or employer don’t need to grow? What if they just need to be great?

Be wary of job titles the keep you in a certain narrative and therefore push you to do the wrong thing.

I’m not saying growth is a bad thing (usually it’s not). What’s important is doing the right thing regardless of your job title.
